The Director of Post-Acute Client Delivery will be a core member of the Navvis Client Delivery team, working in a dynamic, collaborative, hands on leadership position.   The Director of Post-Acute Client Delivery has a key role in providing excellent service to the client and direct responsibility for ensuring engagement of potential PAC Network Members and execution of contractual deliverables both within the client core organization as well as within post-acute facilities through process development and deployment internally as well as onsite deployment, education, engagement and responsibility for standardized processes, care models and care management processes designed to maximize patient outcomes and efficiency.   Frequently on-site at client locations interacting with Navvis team members and working with client executives and client post-acute network members on their journey towards volume based growth and value based performance.  The Client Delivery Team focuses on advancing innovative healthcare strategies with hospitals/health systems, payors and physician enterprises.

Project Management:

  • Prioritize deliverables across multiple clients and ensure successful execution of work plan within tight deadlines.
  • Manages several key contacts within each client simultaneously.

Analytics and Finance:

  • Plans, coordinates, develops and delivers initial draft written reports for client organizations.
  • Conducts research, prepares materials into strategic information to support project objectives.
  • Analyzes relevant business trends and complex data.
  • Reviews analytics and financial analysis.

 Client Engagement:

  • Active participant at meetings that also include physician leaders from across the system and post-acute care settings, including presentations to the group.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of effective business strategies on client engagements
  • While interfacing with senior client personnel, collaborates in the development and implementation of new client engagements.
  • Develops strong relationships with other team members, client personnel and post-acute network members to execute on contract deliverables and exceed client expectations.
  • Leads project teams and may oversee the work of other team members in the fulfillment of various aspects of client project engagements
  • Serves in a liaison role between Client Services Delivery and The Navvis Solution
  • Plans, coordinates, develops and delivers high quality, specialized documents, written reports and presentations for client organizations.
  • Analyzes relevant business trends and complex data.  
  • Provides post-acute care expertise and experiential examples while interactive with clients particularly SNF and/or Home Health Care.
  • Provides post-acute care expertise and experiential examples while interactive with post-acute care entities
  • Collaborates with engagement executive, physicians, clients, post-acute entities to create best in class post-acute networks that meet the immediate and strategic needs of the client
  • Facilitates execution of contract deliverables around post-acute network development, care model deployment, facility/physician engagement and metric improvement.

Strategic Development:

  • Review evolving market trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct interviews with key stakeholders (executive leadership, client management, staff and physicians, post-acute organizations etc.) to identify themes and help establish current state clarity.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Prepares articles for publication or company blog.
  • Other duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MHA,MBA, or BS with relevant healthcare experience preferred
  • Seven or more years skilled nursing/home health industry leadership or consulting experience
  • An understanding of healthcare economics and infrastructure of skilled nursing/home health, ACOs and health systems
  • An understanding of the clinical, financial, regulatory and legal requirements governing skilled nursing facilities, home health, ACOs, hospitals and health systems  
  • Expertise in interpersonal relationships, organizational relations, and effective communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills are required
  • Skill in organizing and prioritizing work, effectively managing multiple projects, delegating and achieving goals and objectives
  • Expertise with development of presentation using Power Point
  • Skill in exercising a high degree of initiative, professionalism, judgment and discretion
  • Strong critical thinking, problem identification and problem resolution skills
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • A focus on detail and accuracy of work
  • Strong business acumen
  • Willingness to travel up to 70-75%
