Position Summary:

The Configuration Analyst, as part of the Population Management Services Organization (PMSO), will be responsible for the management of the configurable options within the PMSO application to meet Client-specific needs.  The analyst will be completely familiar with the PMSO software, options, and maintain system documentation at an internal and client level.  The analyst will participate in both functional and quality testing.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist in configuration of company applications based on business requirements.
  • Develop configuration requirements document and obtain approval from business owners.
  • Plan and execute assigned configuration tasks with deadlines.
  • Provide system configuration support based on changing business needs.
  • Assist in system analysis, design, development and testing activities.
  • Provide support in developing, implementing and testing patch releases and system upgrades.
  • Develop and maintain configuration policies and procedures.
  • Review and recommend changes to existing configuration processes.
  • Analyze and resolve configuration issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior analysts in their assigned job duties.
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with Software Configuration Management or software development.
  • Analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills
  • Understanding of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and agile development.
  • Detail oriented
  • Good verbal and written communications skills
  • Must be highly collaborative
